I had a great experience at Eyes on You. The staff was friendly, professional, and fast. The clinic was clean, organized, and had modern equipment. My eye exam was thorough, and the doctor clearly explained everything and answered all my questions. I felt well taken care of and confident in the care I received. I highly recommend them for eye care! The office staff also had everything ready for me, so I didn’t have to fill out a bunch of paperwork.
I scheduled an appointment. I then received 5 text messages, 3 emails and 2 phone calls. All demanding I give my insurance information now instead of at my appointment, like EVERY OTHER DOCTOR. In the patient portal it says you can bring them to your appointment. I have never been harassed before an appointment before. Ridiculous!
Excellent experience from start to finish! The staff was friendly, the exam was thorough, and everything was explained clearly. The optometrist was super friendly, funny, and caring. Highly recommend for quality eye care.
