Exceptional service! Dr. Pelfrey is highly professional and an expert in her field; she explained her findings to us in a kind and detailed manner. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly; the entire team demonstrated great professionalism and patience when communicating with my insurance provider and primary care physician, and especially when dealing with my mother. It was a very good experience!
Fantastic experience! I called for an emergency appt and they were able to get me in immediately. All the staff was so pleasant and really liked Dr. McPherson. Highly, highly recommend
Everyone there was super nice, from the front door to leaving was a great experience! Dr. McPherson was super thorough and explained everything well and took her time. Then picked out glasses with Carrie and she was so patient and made sure I got the right glasses for me! Would definitely recommend!
Just had my first visit with eyes on Westlake and I will definitely be returning. Dr. P and the staff were very friendly and efficient, and funny! Recommended!
Had a great experience at Eyes On Westlake! The staff was very friendly and made the entire process easy and comfortable. I was also surprised to learn a few important things about my vision and eye health that no one had ever mentioned or suggested to me before. I really appreciated the extra attention and knowledge. Highly recommend!
