Satisfied with service provided to me – I was happy with the service and the people at the store. It was my first time there and both Anita and Janet were very helpful and very patient in helping me choose new glasses. I'm looking forward to getting them, very excited. Dr. Kuzukyan was very thorough with the eye examination and he was also very polite.

In Response to LindaNYC – In response to Ms. Sottosanti's indignation, as our loyal customers and patients will attest, we do our very best to provide excellent service and selection at reasonable prices. As she herself says, when her glasses broke, she was very happy we accommodated her with new frames for her lenses in a matter of minutes and she was able to go back to work. Eyes on the World --- money hungry – I recently purchased new eye glass frames from this store; I was happy with them. During the weekend, while wearing contact lens, one ripped in half leaving one half stuck in my eye. I went to Eyes on the World and asked if a doctor could look in my eye to see if it were, in fact, stuck. I was immediately told that I would be charged $75 for the doctor to take a look. Great Group of people, fair prices, and know their customers and their eyes! – I have used many Opticians in my life but this group, is caring, incredibly accurate, and so nice to deal with. My opthomoligist was pelased that they noted my astygmatism and adjuted my prescription for it, without his noting it. They provide outstanding customer service, and I recommend them to all of my friends and family

Be An Educated Consumer – The optician at Eyes On The World made serious errors in making my eyeglasses...twice on the same pair of lenses. Their optometrist insisted that I needed a step up in my reading magnification, when, in fact, I could see perfectly well with the prescription my opthamologist had given me.
