While I have enjoyed 2 pair of subscription glasses from Eyes on Richmond, please know that they do not stand behind their products. Tinted prescription sunglasses lasted only 3 years then the tinting striated so that you could not see out of them. While they agreed with me that the striation has occurred, they refused to replace, hiding behind their tinting company’s 2 year warranty. THIS PLACE DOES NOT DO EXAMS. their website is faulty and Google hasn't taken that part off yet. They were super nice and apologized, so I wanted to comment here to tell others that there's NO EXAMS.
I have been a customer of Eyes On Richmond for over a decade. I would not go anywhere else. Rob and Stephanie are amazing.
Broke my glasses and needed a pair as I'm from Massachusetts. They had a one day turnaround and were able to size and fit me with this lovely pair, cut and order my lenses with blue light and now I'm set! Made adjustments to ensure they perfectly fit my face, and I'm safely able to drive back to Boston with the oncoming thunderstorms. Thankful for their quick and friendly service.
