Highly recommend "Eyes on Richmond", located in downtown London, Ontario. The team went above and beyond to track down the style of frames that I was looking for. At every stage of the process, Rob, Marg, and Steph, were so professional and pleasant. Also, they are really decent, genuine, people. It is exceptional service like this which enables small-medium sized companies to not only survive, but flourish. Other companies in the region should definitely take note. Just a wonderful experience. My 96 year old grandfather's glasses have fallen apart over time. He doesn't have the gusto anymore to get to the Optician for a new prescription and glasses so I called Stephanie to see if she could help. She kindly let me know that there were some things she could definitely help with, but if the actual frames were snapped - that is out of their repair-ability. (understandable). I had broken my arms on my glasses and because I couldn.t see properly I lost the screw to add the other arm on I went there today and the lady I wish I got her name but she had my glasses fixed within 10 minutes and made sure that they fit properly if I could give her a 10 I would great place and great people that work there
While I have enjoyed 2 pair of subscription glasses from Eyes on Richmond, please know that they do not stand behind their products. Tinted prescription sunglasses lasted only 3 years then the tinting striated so that you could not see out of them. While they agreed with me that the striation has occurred, they refused to replace, hiding behind their tinting company’s 2 year warranty.
