Person who answered was rude and unhelpful. Asked if they could adjust the arm on the glasses and he just downright refused I even offered to pay for the service. I atleast Would of liked a referral to another place but he was just unpleasant the whole call. Wish it was better service maybe I'd buy my glasses from there
Update: unfortunately the easy fix did not stay, after barely two hours of leaving they came apart again. I went to Specsavers and they made sure they would stay. My glasses came apart this morning so when I googled eye glasses repair these guys popped up and they were fairly close by and they had good reviews. Luckily they were able to do a quick repair and it was free of charge they were super friendly and welcoming even if I didn’t purchase anything. Highly recommend "Eyes on Richmond", located in downtown London, Ontario. The team went above and beyond to track down the style of frames that I was looking for. At every stage of the process, Rob, Marg, and Steph, were so professional and pleasant. Also, they are really decent, genuine, people. It is exceptional service like this which enables small-medium sized companies to not only survive, but flourish. Other companies in the region should definitely take note. Just a wonderful experience. My 96 year old grandfather's glasses have fallen apart over time. He doesn't have the gusto anymore to get to the Optician for a new prescription and glasses so I called Stephanie to see if she could help. She kindly let me know that there were some things she could definitely help with, but if the actual frames were snapped - that is out of their repair-ability. (understandable).
