This was my first time getting my eyes tested, and Clare made the whole experience so easy and comfortable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease throughout the appointment. It’s obvious she takes her job seriously and is genuinely passionate about what she does. I’d definitely recommend anyone to go see her — you’re in great hands with Clare!
Nice shop, good location
Clare is very thorough, offers excellent custpmer service, has a wide range of high quality glasses, and individualises the needs of each patient. Highly recommended. Our family have been seeing Clare for eye care for over 15 years now.
I have never experienced such GREAT customer service while buying glasses before. Clare is knowledgeable, professional, caring and attentive. In the past I've found selecting new glasses a painful, tedious business - but with Clare it was very different. After finishing my eye exam, she spent time with me selecting frames (she has an excellent selection of styles on hand) and the whole experience was relaxed and fun.
