Nice shop, good location
Clare is very thorough, offers excellent custpmer service, has a wide range of high quality glasses, and individualises the needs of each patient. Highly recommended. Our family have been seeing Clare for eye care for over 15 years now.
I have never experienced such GREAT customer service while buying glasses before. Clare is knowledgeable, professional, caring and attentive. In the past I've found selecting new glasses a painful, tedious business - but with Clare it was very different. After finishing my eye exam, she spent time with me selecting frames (she has an excellent selection of styles on hand) and the whole experience was relaxed and fun. Hilariously rude and difficult experience even trying to make a booking
Clare is brilliant! The appointment-only viewing of frames means that you get her personalised and undivided attention. She has a great curated range of frames from the high-end designers, but her prices are very competitive compared to the other places I also visited. These frames are up-to-the-minute on fashion trends. Clare has a great sense of which ones will suit your face and your personality, as well as work.
