I would recommend avoiding Eyes on Park at all costs. There are much cleaner, friendlier, and more trustworthy options in the city. I emphasize "cleaner" given I would anticipate some level of cleanliness where patients are being examined, though Eyes on Park did not feel that way and the machines you put your face on were not cleaned for me following the previous patient, nor for the patient following me. I have regular health eyes checkup at this place. TLDR: horrible. Too expensive frames, most are more than > 350$, the cheapest is 200$ (tbh the quality is not great, and you can get it online for 1/10th of the cost they charge). My insurance only cover 160$ for the frame + lens, so it is not enough (need to pay extra 40$ for the frame only). And they charge 160$ for basic lens (polycarbonate), no additional add-on yet. My experience at this eye appointment ran smoothly from start to finish. Scheduling was easy with a reasonable wait time. Dr. Krugolets was attentive, listened carefully to my concerns, and conducted a thorough exam. She provided clear, informative explanations and demonstrated both expertise and professionalism. The prescription she provided already seems to be working, as my eye feels 85% better after just one drop. I felt very well cared for and would return for future visits.
