My daughter spent over 600 dollars on glasses after insurance, for them to show up wrong had to be sent back after an already extensive wait. Another week wait while getting a text everyday to pick up glasses that were not in fact available. When I discussed a refund of some sort, I was told they would talk to her when she picked up. Doc. Renner was ABSOLUTELY amazing with my daughter who has ASD. She has patience and talks to you every step of the way to where u understand everything. The staff was amazing and very nice too!! I'm so happy we found an eye doctor after 3 years of searching.
