Aug 2025. I am updating my review to five stars. Life happens and I was unavailable for vision health appointments until recently. I decided to go to Eyes on Main again since Dr. Rodgers provided such excellent support in my Jun 2022 appointment. I am glad I did because of the 5-star customer service and professional approach. Super impressed! Such a warm welcome from Brittany, who greeted me when I walked in and helped me with my registration. I received an incredibly thorough eye exam from Kim. And last, I met with Dr Rodgers, who is so knowledgeable and listened to all my concerns. I am excited to try something new for dry eye that Dr Rogers offers and hoping I will get the great results that her other patients have. Thank you Dr Rodgers and staff for taking such great care of me.
I loved that the doctor explained everything in so much detail. I usually have to ask, and doctors can tend to under explain with possibly assuming you wouldn’t understand. However, it feels so important to understand how my eyes work, what’s going on if there’s an issue, and how my prescription has changed. All staff were helpful, informative, and kind. These factors are all necessary to a medical facility!
