I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Rodgers for my eye exam, and I can't recommend her highly enough! From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel welcome. Best eye dr in Boerne I've been too! Love the staff, Brittany, Mallory, Kay, they're all super friendly and great at their jobs. Very nice atmosphere as well. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Rodgers and her amazing staff! Every visit is a great experience. If you value maintaining deep, long-term relationships with your doctors and their staff, this may not be the right place for you. Dr. Rogers has always been excellent to our family, and our family had been patients for almost 3 years (if not longer). Unfortunately, our final experience changed our perception of the practice. My husband missed an appointment and received a call that he'd be charged the $75 no show fee per the policy. That's fine, policy is policy. Just had the best experience getting my eyes checked here today! The staff is very kind and very informed! They are very thorough with the testing to make sure your eyes are in good health and to get the right prescription. They don’t make you feel rushed, and prioritize doing a good job over all else. I had doubts about my prescription and was able to come right back no questions asked to see if my contacts were the right fit for me. I highly recommend!
