I walked in with my grand daughter to get her eyeglasses repaired. We were greeted by Brittany. She was so professional and made us feel special. Within 5 minutes, the repair was made and we were out the door. Would definitely recommend this place. Thank you Brittany!
I have been going to Eyes on Main for several years. The staff and Docs are always friendly and helpful. Recently I accidentally scratched the lens on my glasses. I had purchased the scratch warranty but it was expired by approximately 4 weeks. The folks at Eyes on Main graciously covered the warranty and are repairing my glasses. Amazing experience here. DR. Rodgers was able to help recognize a problem in my eye that no other place found. Her love of what she does really show through and she goes above and beyond to be so helpful. My 2 year old son now sees her because they are excellent and so good with kids as well.
Took some measurements, then spent a good 40 minutes or so trying to talk me out of getting a referral for Parkhurst so I could get surgery for my astigmatism which was the entire reason I made an appointment. I believe they did this because they really wanted me to become a customer and buy their glasses and whatnot. Spent the whole time telling me that Parkhurst wouldn't be able to fix my astigmatism at all.
