I visited the eye doctor today for my dry eye issue, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the care I received. The doctor was extremely friendly, kind, and took the time to really understand my symptoms. She listened patiently, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the visit. I had such a great experience at Eyes on Grand! I went in for an eye exam for both glasses and contacts, and the whole process was smooth and professional. The staff was super knowledgeable, kind, and really took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout my visit. I’m absolutely obsessed with my new frames—I get compliments on them all the time! They helped me find a pair that fit my face and style perfectly. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great service and even better eyewear!
Awesome business. They are always professional, polite, and treat you like family. Great selection of glasses too. I highly recommend giving them a visit if you're in the area. Small business support is important. Specially for the good ones.
Super easy online scheduling/registration process. Came in for our appointment and were met with nothing but great service from the front desk staff, to the tech all the way to the doctor! Office is clean and organized. Dr. Ramirez explained everything she was doing and made sure our child as well as we understood what she was talking about. Plenty of stylish frame options available. Came in for our daughter and my husband even left with some new sunglasses! Can not recommend them enough!
