Eyes on Grand have been servicing me and my children eye care needs for 2 years. The optometrist and office staff are friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Appointments always run on time and smoothly. The office space is clean and has a beautiful modern design. Cost is fairly priced and I have never had an issue with insurance acceptance. I highly recommend.
This was my first time going there, and I have to say it was wonderful! Dr. Kirk was very friendly and very thorough with my eye care and safe to say I will definitely return back next year! Thank you Eyes on Grand and thank you Dr. Kirk!
Doctor/staff were kind, but misleading. I came here for an eye exam, which they told me my insurance would cover. Since my insurance covered the exam, I expected to get glasses as well. I gave the office my BCBS Medicaid card upfront, so everyone knew my coverage before I even saw the doctor. But after the exam, they had me “wait while they checked” my insurance again, only to come back and say glasses would be $300 out of pocket.
