I've been going to Eye on Elm for a few years now. The doctor is through and professional. If there are any issues, she explains them simply and gives options including pros and cons. She's the best eye doctor I've seen. The staff is helpful and thorough. They always help me choose the right options for my glasses. If I need help with anything after purchase, they are very pleasant and accommodating.
I left feeling well cared for and well informed. Doctor Considine is extremely thorough and explains things well. The shops products are top shelf and I would never go anywhere else.
We had such a wonderful experience at Eyes on Elm! Dr. Considine was absolutely amazing with my daughter — so kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel completely at ease. Sharlene, our eyewear specialist, was just as fantastic! She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect frames and made the whole process fun and easy. Truly the best customer experience and service we’ve had — highly recommend Eyes on Elm!
