Sharlene was so kind and helpful fixing my sunglasses last minute after I accidentally stepped on them. I needed them for a trip the next day and she was able to fix them immediately! I highly recommend Eyes on Elm!
Great selection of glasses, and Sharlene is incredible at picking out the right frames for your face. Highly recommend!
I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Dr. Victoria Considine at Eyes on Elm! She was incredibly thorough, kind, and made me feel totally at ease throughout my entire eye exam visit. The staff was welcoming and very helpful, too; and the office has a beautiful atmosphere. Location is super convenient, too. Highly recommend Dr. Considine and her team!
I can highly recommend Eyes on Elm. I’m visiting New Canaan but lost my luggage at the airport, and ran out of contact lenses. They provided me the contact lenses I need, and really helped me out! Thank you so much for all your help!
My son would only agree to get an updated prescription if he could re-order the same frames...but Eyes on Elm no longer carries that brand. Sharlene to the rescue! She contacted the company and was able to order the same exact pair so we can get him a new set of glasses! Very grateful to Sharlene who made the impossible possible for my second grader!
