I continue to enjoy the experience. Professional service with personal care by competent staff. David Bradley is a funny guy who will go above and beyond to help. As a cyclist, I have a pair of Rudy Project and as an aviator he does my CASA renewals. I don't have many reasons to go into Brisbane city, but i make the effort for my eye care.

I had exceptional experience at Eyes on Edward! The optometrist was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain all on my options. He made sure to address all my concerns and carefully guided me through the process of selecting my two new frames. I truly appreciated how patient he was and the personalized attention he gave me. A happy client at Eyes on Edward for 9 years probably says it all. David genuinely has a passion for ophthalmology and is well regarded by his peers. He does take the time to explain things too. My scripts have always been excellent and there is always a great range of fresh frames to update my look. As a bonus I’m supporting a small local business.
My appointment started over 15 minutes late. When it was finally my turn, the doctor seemed rushed and began the procedure without clearly explaining it or getting my consent. It wasn’t anything invasive or complicated, but I had hoped to ask a few questions and understand it better beforehand. After I spoke up, he did slow down somewhat, but overall, it wasn’t a great experience. On a positive, he seemed very knowledgeable.
