I found this optometrist on line and always read reviews. David the optometrist saw me and sat with me for quite a long time and did the eye test. He was brilliant explaining everything and all my options. He was very professional and knew his stuff. I had been to my previous optometrist the day before and they were certainly not up to his standard. I was not happy with their treatment and their hesitation on doing what I wanted. I continue to enjoy the experience. Professional service with personal care by competent staff. David Bradley is a funny guy who will go above and beyond to help. As a cyclist, I have a pair of Rudy Project and as an aviator he does my CASA renewals. I don't have many reasons to go into Brisbane city, but i make the effort for my eye care.
My appointment started over 15 minutes late. When it was finally my turn, the doctor seemed rushed and began the procedure without clearly explaining it or getting my consent. It wasn’t anything invasive or complicated, but I had hoped to ask a few questions and understand it better beforehand. After I spoke up, he did slow down somewhat, but overall, it wasn’t a great experience. On a positive, he seemed very knowledgeable.
