I went at 10 am on Saturday August 31st 2019 to pick up my glasses that I paid 200+, I saw the door was closed but was supposed to be opened. There was an employee, male with long hair and told me he couldn’t find his keys. I told him I was parked in the customer parking out back and that I will then have to come back and to please don’t tow me as I need my glasses so I was waiting.
