Normally, I wouldnn't bother putting a review up, but |I have never experienced such bad service that didn't make an ounce of sense! I ordered a pair of progressive glasses, reading glasses and computer/office glasses. From the time of my first appointment until I finally had my everything settled and all my glasses in hand,it was almost ONE year later! I have had nothing but grief since day one with this store. Since April I have returned glasses three time. Then they decided to stop carrying this brand so I ordered a different pair. After so many " I'm sorrys and "we are sorry for the delay" I've had enough. Now, the latest I've gotten is that they sent my glasses to a different manufacturer. I have lost more money leaving work early to go to Eyes on Bedford than what the glasses originally cost. It is now 15 NOV 23 and they claim that a "rush" has been put on the order. ... read more
