Insanely fast and extremely kind! Very flexible scheduling, came in for an eye exam and new glasses at 11:30 AM, and by 1:45 PM they already had my new glasses ready for pick up. I have no idea how it was possible to do this fast. Extremely helpful and thorough with frame choice and add ons, and very reasonable price, on top of an 100$ discount on my glasses. If I could give it 6 stars I would!
I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I had booked an appointment for an eyes exam only. After the test, they directed me to choose eyeglass frames, even though I had stated I was only there for the eye exam and wanted to inquire about contact lenses. The person in charge of glasses suddenly received an urgent phone call and said he only had 5 minutes.
