The optometrist is excellent but the staff is terrible. They lost my frames and the new lenses still have not arrived and it's been 5 weeks waiting. Nobody called me ever to let me know. I always had to chk in with them. Steer clear.

We left our old optometrist and tried Eyes and Optics, glad we did! For a family of 5 this wasn’t an easy task. The team at Eyes and Optics (in Brighton) was incredibly patient and helpful from our eye exams to picking our glasses. Nancy was remarkably helpful in helping us find glasses for me and my family. Highly recommended!
