Terrible customer service. The person who "helped" us acted like they were very inconvenienced and doing us a favour by answering our questions. Little did they know my husband and I were willing to spend up to 1.5k each on glasses. I'm glad we didn't spend a cent after such experience and after reading their 1 star reviews. Avoid at all costs, there are much better eyewear boutiques nearby. The one on 12th and granville has excellent customer service.

Old world charm meets new world style and a great variety. Othmar and Brigitte were patient, helpful, and fun. I was searching for stylish reading glasses off the shelf - not the drug store type. Eyes For You has an excellent selection. We tried on some fun, some outrageous, and some conservative frames. I purchased two pairs. I purchased an expensive pair of glasses that broke after just six weeks. When I returned to the store, I was informed they couldn’t be repaired but was offered a replacement at 50% off, which I accepted. Unfortunately, the new pair broke in the same spot after only a month. This clearly points to a manufacturing issue with the frames.
