I’ve been coming here for many years. The staff member Sheila was very rude to me last week and today purposely didn’t make my appointment for today. Usually, when I make an appointment, they will send me a friendly reminder. She only updated my phone number and she said that she put an appointment in the computer for me for Monday at 2 o’clock, but 2 o’clock was not the appointment I set up with her. The optometrist here has no respect for their patients’ time. I was on time for my appointment, waited 30 minutes, rescheduled my appointment for the next day, came on time, waited 30 minutes, and left. I should send them a bill for an hour of my time. Went to Target optical today and didn’t wait at all.

Awesome customer service. I walked in needing to replace the frame on my glasses but also purchased 2 new pairs of glasses. The gentleman who helped me was extremely helpful, patient and kind. I will be back.

I am disappointed with one of the staff's decision to change the tint that I requested without contacting me first about it. I initially requested a tint for my daughter's lenses to have a gradual, slight tint, only a little at the top and keep it clear half way down, so that she can wear them in class. However, this person thought that it would look better for the tint to be darker. We didn't want to make a big fuss about it in front of my 9 year old, so I convinced my baby that she can wear them outside, like shades. 🙄 I ... read more
