Dr Nick @ Eyes By Design and Raymond taking care of Front of House are a great team who deliver and exhibit great care for each individual. At 63 I had never been to an optometrist. Eye By Design have set the bar high!
Dr Nick is very thorough and was great with my son during his first eye test.
Dr Nick was knowledgeable and friendly but the most important thing was that he focused on the reason/ root cause of my problem and addressed it rather than just on some of the day symptoms. I definitely recommend his practice.
Wonderful service by both Raymond and Dr Nick. I felt so well taken care of. Dr Nick explained everything so patiently. I can't wait to get my new glasses and see the difference they make with the behavioural aspect of my eyes taken care of.
