Dr. Bell was so patient and amazing for accommodating me and my siblings during our appointment! Loved my new glasses as well. But, I hope everybody will be patient enough. ❤️
My 5 year old has a hard time sitting still and is super curious about how everything works, so I appreciate the patience, understanding, and care shown to us during our visit. Thank you for taking a bit of extra time to give a brief explanation on the equipment and its purpose. I also had my eyes checked that day and we had a lot of laughs. I recently had my eye check up with the team at Eyes 360 and it was nothing short of a great experience. The office was clean, with up scale decor that mixed western with cosmopolitan. The associates were kind and caring and Lila was a delight as she teasingly mentioned we should all celebrate a Birthday week having just had one days ago. I had my eye exam done with Dr. Monica Bell. She's very professional, personable and had a very contagious laugh. She made me feel comfortable with all my silly concerns about my eyes. Tracy at the Okotoks location was also phenomenal at helping me find the perfect frames and lens setup. She explained everything so clearly, and was so patient with all my questions.
