Dr Goerl and his team are incredible! The hospitality and overall service was excellent and I could not have had a better experience with them. It was my first visit with Eyepro and Dr Goerl and he greeted me right away. Wait time was short and visit was fast and efficient. Appreciate the service and I will be back for all of my vision needs.
The Receptionists, both ladies were so outstanding, very understanding and beyond helpful, they got my wife in as an emergency appointment immediately. The doctor was so welcoming and very knowledgeable. Environment was beyond warm and comfortable. Highly recommend and we have fi ally found our new eye doctor. Highly recommend you try this place. Thank you for a warm and quick response. The Receptionist on the phone was so helpful and extremely understanding. Much appreciated.
The best EYE DOCTOR around
This was the best optometrist appointment I have EVER had, especially inside a Walmart! Dawn the office manager was BEYOND helpful- searched with me for my insurance, answered all of my questions with patience, assisted in affordable options when my insurance didn't work. Dr Goerl listened to my concerns, was super knowledgeable, and KIND. I didn't know what to expect when i lost my glasses on vacation but I never expected this team to take such good care of me.
