The best EYE DOCTOR around
This was the best optometrist appointment I have EVER had, especially inside a Walmart! Dawn the office manager was BEYOND helpful- searched with me for my insurance, answered all of my questions with patience, assisted in affordable options when my insurance didn't work. Dr Goerl listened to my concerns, was super knowledgeable, and KIND. I didn't know what to expect when i lost my glasses on vacation but I never expected this team to take such good care of me. Staff truly went above and beyond to help us when we lost our glasses in the ocean while on vacation. They squeezed us in as a walk in, were so patient and kind in figuring out insurance process, and th doctor was funny and fast. Highly recommend, next time we lose our glasses we will be hard pressed to find a better place to take care of us! A wonderful example of southern hospitality.
