I just came from Eyepod Eyecare. I've been seeing Dr. Chu and her team for years now. My nose-pad for my glasses tore off and went missing. I had hoped somebody from Eyepod could fix it. They went above and beyond! I wish I got his name, but he was very thorough and thoughtful. He made sure he used the right pads and that it fit me and that it looked good on me --- even if it took a few very detailed tweaks. He also gave me tips on how to properly take care of my glasses.
