I've been a patient at Eye Consultants for at least five years now. I love Eye Consultants. The staff is friendly, and the office always feels very clean and inviting. If you schedule an appointment, I highly recommend Dr. Jordan Arens... he's wonderful! Dr. Arens is knowledgeable, and friendly. I've sent three friends and family members to see Dr. Arens, and they all love him!
I have been a patient at Eye Consultants for about 20 years and I have been very pleased with every staff member who has been part of my care. I can't say enough about Dr. Joseph Townley! He is, for me, what a physician should be: clinically top-notch, patient, personal, and interested in teaching the patient. The office is in a convenient location, on the southeast corner of 82nd and Center. They update their technology constantly, which I appreciate, but without losing that very personal touch.
Billing is a big problem with staff right hand never knows what the left is doing
Not a child friendly environment for children ages 5 to 12. My daughter was not greeted by the staff or doctor who preformed her exam. Much confusion surrounding billing for a simple exam/dialation with the burden placed on me to resolve insurance claims that were valid. An unpleasant and unduly stressful experience.
