My 89 yr. old father has been waiting since September to have cataract surgery. He missed his appointment yesterday, tried to reschedule only to be told Dr. Long was too busy and he needed to find another doctor. Now the whole process has to be started again!! Who does this to a patient?? I’ll be shouting this behavior from the roof tops!
Waited a tad too long but when I was finally seen I was very pleased with level of professionalism and Dr expertise and care in answering all my pre and post surgical questions
Dr. Long was great, but the people who order the glasses not so much The man in there would not even bother to look at my insurance, told me that it would be about $750. so I left and went home only to be told by the wife we did have coverage, went to another location (not eye one) and thru insurance got them for $350. they were great until Long sold out. Don't go there. By the way, the frame selection is less than par, they now sell cheap ray ban frames that may last a year or two, junk in my opinion.
