I had an appointment today. I decided to check out the reviews this evening and am wondering if I visited the same place. Everyone was so kind. The reception was nice. The doctor and tech were both also very nice and informative. And the lady that did my glasses prescription was nice. I had a great experience.
My glasses broke after 2 weeks of having them so I tried gluing them til I made it to the office. Turns out it voids the warrenty. Feeling disappointed.
Had a routine appointment set. During eye examination I was asked about hazy vision, NO! I was asked about double vision, NO!! I was asked if I had issues at night!! NO !! I was asked about difficulty seeing! None other then the same need for corrective vision. I was told during exam, I may have cataracts! But, she would not say anything to dr. I will not be coming back to eye one they never told me what was going on with my eyes I’m going somewhere else now it’s a whole a lot better this place
