I visited the shop on Monday 7th September 2026, intending to purchase sunglasses worth approximately $200–$300. However, when I arrived, the lady at the reception told me that she is busy with a student/ trainee and unable to assist me. She asked me to come back another time. I understand that staff may be busy, but as a customer who has taken the time to visit the shop with the intention of making a purchase, I felt that my time was not valued.
