The girl at the front desk was impatient, rude, on her phone and seemed to not want to be bothered. I was in a hallway for part of my exam. My glasses were the worst prescription I have ever had. I haven’t been able to see with them since the first time I put them on. Even I called the Dr to inform her my prescription is off, she blamed it on the place I got the frames, which I have never had a problem with. Dr. Carr and staff were kind and efficient. They communicated well and helped me with my insurance. The exam was very thorough and Dr. Carr listened to my concerns. I highly recommend these ladies. Very professional!
I LOVE DR CARR! She is very professional and soo pleasant. The front desk workers are always nice as well. It’s always like visiting family.❤️❤️
Not a good experience. I was not handled well but it was done in that nice/nasty manner. It seem like they were making up rules to let me know they were in charge. I will not being going back.
