The girl at the front desk was impatient, rude, on her phone and seemed to not want to be bothered. I was in a hallway for part of my exam. My glasses were the worst prescription I have ever had. I haven’t been able to see with them since the first time I put them on. Even I called the Dr to inform her my prescription is off, she blamed it on the place I got the frames, which I have never had a problem with.
