My wife has reservations about them, she's had two visits now, and is no more receiving any better service then before. She has decided to cut her lossess of $350.00 and go elsewhere. We asked what the total price would be before committing, but reception workers didn't seem to know much and were taken by surprise. We were sent an email with an estimate only, It seems that the customer is supposed to chase up the anethetists for themselves, by making phone calls.
This practice called to arrange my first appointment, I was taken aback at the offhand way I was spoken to. Even my friend was admonished unnecessarily by the caller. Having shared this bad experience with friends; they responded with similar accounts of being poorly spoken to and or lengthy waiting times. Incidentially I have cancelled my appointment and will be going elsewhere; where I hope to be treated with respect.
They're good for your eyes
Discriminatory business. Children are excluded from service unless carers are vaxxed.
Zero stars. Discriminate against people living with disability. Deny people with legal medical exemptions medical care. Disgraceful!
