She was very rude, doesn't allow for any questions, she is in and out of the room. She is really rude to my elderly father. She shows no compassion to old people. She abandoned my father as a patient.
Dr Yuen made an exception and took my mother within two days of our call as my mother was having a serious eye issue. The fact that Dr Yuen squeezed us in even though she was fully booked was very commendable and appreciated. The wait while on site was a bit too long for my 93 year old mother, but we are still grateful for what Dr Yuen did for us.
