I have been a long time, loyal patient with Eyemax Vision ever since they first opened. Eyemax always treat me like family when I come, and the welcoming and friendly atmosphere is refreshing. Dr. Aung and Kunimura always provide comprehensive care and goes into detailed explanation about the health of my eyes. They show me the images of the back of my eyes and explain throughly what was seen and provide valuable recommendations. Good experience every visit. Newer contact lenses with improved technology came out compared to the brand I was using before. I went with the staff's recommendation to try out the new lens, and I never need to use eye drops anymore with this new brand.
My husband and I go together as we are treated like dear friends. From check in to exit, everyone is warm, friendly and extremely professional and knowledgeable. We always feel secure in knowing we are receiving top notch eye care. There is also a huge assortment of frames to choose from in both price and style. We have four adult children that we have directed to go as well because we value the services so much.

Went in just for an eye checkup and ended up very disappointed with the frame pricing. I chose a Karl Lagerfeld frame (KL06182S001) and was quoted $260, with $60 out of pocket after insurance. I later found the same frame on the official Karl Lagerfeld website for $84. When I mentioned online pricing, I was dismissed with claims that online sites might not be legitimate which is simply false. Marking up a frame over 3× its actual price and misleading customers is unacceptable. Very disappointing and untrustworthy experience.
