The entire staff was such a delight!! I was very pleased with their customer service and professionalism. The doctor explained what he was doing and what my treatment will be moving forward. I really enjoyed myself.

This was the WORST experience of my life!! This practice should be SHUT DOWN! I arrived before opening and left after 3 hours. I was only the 5th patient to be seen. I was forced to BUY a mask in 2023 then was not given my change until 10 minutes later. The receptionists seemed angry that I refused to sit down before receiving my change. Unprofessional, extremely arrogant place.
It was a first time appointment and the staff was very unprofessional. I was told we must wear a mask even though the government mandates have been lifted. Because we had to wait for our appointment, I asked could we shop for glasses while we waited. I was told by the staff that she would rather I wait because she had other things to do. While I was there an elderly lady with mobility issues came in and sat at the first available seat. She was told despite her mobility issues that she must move.
