I drove for an hour in traffic and arrived there at 5:30, only to be told that no one was able to help me find frames. There should either be adequate staff or there should be an appointment-only policy so that people don’t waste their time. I will not be returning.
My experiences is always good there. My daughter and I appreciate Dr. Patin .
I was checked in, tested and out of there in 15 minutes. And the customer service that I received from a nice and very knowledgeable lady named Donna made my glasses fit like a glove.
Rude! Girl at the front desk! Wouldn’t open the case to try on glasses without a physical copy of your lens prescription. What a joke- will take my business elsewhere.
