I had a great experience with this office From appointment to contact pick up. I was given free daily contacts for a week and 1 month contacts after my eye exam. The receptionist was super nice. They even gave me an extra month supply of contact lenses.
Whoever answers the phone at the Newport News location is extremely rude. I asked about an appointment for my kid she asked how old I told her she said not until 7 and hung up in my face. Not knowing I’m an existing patient and wanted to schedule an eye exam as well. I will NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE. GET BETTER EMPLOYEES.
Omg the lady who answers the phone talks way too much and don’t let me get a word out! In addition to when I talk, she keeps interrupting me! She just won’t shut up! You need to fire her because she is hurting your business! Geez!
