Very disappointing experience with this business. Due to their mistakes and now lack of accountability, I have paid over $1000 for lenses that are useless and I’m still struggling with my vision. I understand that mistakes happen but not being accountable translates to NO integrity. Clearly they don’t value their customers and repeat business is not what they want.

Exceedingly rude and confrontational staff Response to your response: I mistakenly parked in your (poorly marked) designated spot. This was a total mistake on my part, and completely unintentional as there were many otherwise open stalls throughout the lot. But before I could even exit my vehicle, a VERY angry woman with an unfortunate haircut flew out of the office literally screaming at me.
