After many years of good service I needed a new pair of glasses But after receiving the new glasses I couldn’t read fine print and the arms wouldn’t close properly and wouldn’t fit into glass case supplied and the lace to hold the glasses stopped the arms closing properly. Not very happy with the pricing etc.
Great selection of frames including cool and unique styles. The service & staff are delightful. I needed glasses urgently and they had them ready within two days! Fantastic.
Cannot fault the quality of the service and the glasses I bought. Made to feel welcome and very happy with products obtained.
Went to see Max late 2024 re a pair of prescription sunglasses. I was impressed with his business manner - no hard sell. About six weeks ago I decided to change from my regular optometrist who was always doing the big upsell. Max didn't do any of that rubbish. I told him what I'd like, he factored it into the pricing. Bottom line? I got exactly what I wanted and the price was about $300 under what I'd usually been paying. Very, very happy with Eye Max.
