Can’t tell you how many frames came in broken or broke on me from here, my last straw was a full metal pair hoping they would be stronger but the screws were stuck, they don’t have any tools besides cheap stuff, and after damaging the glasses and I couldn’t even get my lenses in. They offered to give me a replacement pair this time for free but I decided I can try fixing the glasses myself, then want to still charge me for messed up frames even though I was just offered a free lenses and frames? Even though it took a few tries to get my contact lens prescription perfect (I have mono vision), I would still highly rate this EyeMart in M’town. The technicians are super friendly & knowledgeable. Also, they use an auto refractor to compare with what the optometrist scopes. This is very important to me!
Very friendly and helpful ladies. Eye doctor is calm and takes his time with the exam to make sure your prescription is correct. Highly recommended this place!
Great service, both from the optometrist and the staff who did the fitting of my glasses. I knew exactly what style of frame I wanted and they were able to provide it. Prescription seems to be more accurate than the one in my previous glasses from another provider in Marshalltown.
