They did not give my husband his prescription. It also seems like they are avoiding at all costs to give him the prescription. Last I knew that was illegal. He was also prescribed contacts that were very very cheap. They didn’t have the contacts that he actually wanted. They would like you to get contacts at their office, not go somewhere else. Dear Rachel and Pat, I wanted to compliment you on your Fort dodge, Iowa employee Judy. Several months ago we stopped in to purchase glasses for my daughter as a first time customer. We were more than pleased with the cleanliness of the store,the selection and prices of frames to choose from, and most of all the friendly professional attitude of your staff member.
