Second time I've made a purchase here. Staff is excellent, especially Will. They help you pick out frames and are good at it. I would not have chosen the ones I did, but Will insisted that they looked great. They were light blue. I love them! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Third time, Will is the best. If you want help picking out frames definitely go to see them. Live mt glasses!
I've worn glasses for 30 years. I am not one of those people who can get glasses in a hour. I have a heavy astigmatism and notice when things are off. I have had to take my lenses back 5 times due to not being cut correctly and the axis was off which leaves me with headaches daily. 2 times I've had to take these glasses to my eye dr to prove they were off. The staff were excellent. They greeted me when I walked in but let me browse uninterrupted. Where I was paying out of pocket they looked to see what they could do to lower the cost, applying a 40% off coupon. The glasses were ready the next morning. I will recommend them to anyone in need of glasses!
We had 2 great experiences with Eyemart Express, 2 weeks apart. On our first visit we went in with our new prescriptions, expecting to order my glasses this week and returning the following week for my wife's. However, your representative compared our insurance coverage vs your sale incentives and we found the prices so reasonable I got 2 pairs and my wife also got 2 pairs.
