Today I contacted the Eyemart Express because I didn’t receive confirmation for my son’s appointment. Per my plan there is usually no copy and I was being told that there would be one. The person that I was speaking to seemed extremely irritated because I wanted to know why. He huffed and puffed and tried to rush me off the phone. Went in yesterday to get myself, husband and kiddos glasses. Jonathan G. Helped us and he was such a joy to talk to and work with. He explained everything in detail on pricing and answered my questions on sunglasses. We all love our glasses and we love how quick they get them to us. My family is a bit kookie so we enjoyed making him laugh it made our experience an enjoyable one. If anyone comes to this location ask for Jonathan he is amazing you have a great worker!
I visited this Eyemart Express and left a negative review. I have been back a couple of times since then because I had an issue with my prescription and another with my glasses, and I am going to honestly say they were very helpful and took their time to make sure I was satisfied with everything. I enjoyed my experience at this location, and I would recommend it to anyone.
Honestly great staff, they were very friendly and were able to work with me to find the pair of glasses I wanted!
I went in to get some glasses, but I had a problem with them. The lady made some adjustments, and one pair worked fine, and the other pair I had to wait for to get fixed. I got the glasses and got home, but they were still a little off. I went back to the store, and the lady who helped me was sitting there, doing nothing.
