I went yesterday because my lens came out. Jonathan was a great help, as well as his coworker. They loan me a pair of frames untill i could return choose another pair since the my were out of. Jonathan went of his way to call other EyeMarts and found one in New Braunfels. He drove to pick them up and call me back stating he had found a pair of frames. I return later that evening and walked with new frames of the model all because Jonathan and his cowrker going way and beyond to help a customer. Thank you.
Customer service has gotten worse over the years. Recommend trying another location.
Allison was amazing! She is so thorough, knowledgeable and friendly! She has taken care of us for a couple of years now. Highly recommend Eyemart Express- Allison will take great care of you!

Today I contacted the Eyemart Express because I didn’t receive confirmation for my son’s appointment. Per my plan there is usually no copy and I was being told that there would be one. The person that I was speaking to seemed extremely irritated because I wanted to know why. He huffed and puffed and tried to rush me off the phone.
