Polite, efficient, and fast! Even with broken machinery still got one of my glasses fast. This place is faster than any other place I've been to and with the customer service is why we come here.
Walked in with my prescription .Grace welcomed me and took my insurance info,showed me frames and lenses and put my order together .I ordered 2 pairs of glasses( bogo free) and left to do some errands..within an hour I got a text my glasses were ready for pickup..how can you beat that for service?? Glasses were perfect!! Thanks,Grace !!
I visited this store and after a back and forth on whether the manager could add lenses to my magnetic Clip on shades. He stated they weren't able to do it. So I go to my vision doctor and they had the same frames in their show case that I purchased from Amazon and they were able to put lenses on my frames. I'll never go to this store again. The dront desk folks were awesome but manger I guess was in a bad mood.
I ordered glasses, and two weeks later, they still aren't ready. This is the first and last time I order from this place. Update: glasses came in on march 3, it took a total of 15 days to receive my order.
