Incompetent, lazy, make up bogus policies on the fly. Couldn’t find me in the system though we just got glasses filled here 5 months ago. Looks like a bunch of new people working here. Also said they can’t take outside frames, which according to their website they do and we’ve done it many times there before. Just lazy and incompetent, not wanting to do their job and trying to get you to purchase their frames. Will be finding a new place to get lenses filled. Was great communication as soon as I arrived very friendly… received one pair out of four that same day only down fall was the machine was broke for the other glasses other than that I would recommend…There is a great selection of frames to choose from very affordable..
Awesome service. Very professional and timely.
Stopped in around 9am to pick out glasses for my two year old. We had the exam done elsewhere but they didn’t sell glasses. I was very happy with the selection they had in stock for toddlers. They had many of the flexible, unbreakable types with the strap around the back. The whole process took about twenty minutes or less and his glasses were ready for pickup about half an hour later! Super happy and impressed with how quick and smooth the whole process was.
