Updated 8/25. Visited again and got Brandy. She did an awesome job with helping me. She gave me great tips. Super happy with my glasses. Thank you Brandy! Sorry this took me so long to leave a review. Alex did an awesome job helping me with my glasses. I had an issue with my glasses and he didn't give up on me. Third time was a charm. I also got my first pair of prescription sunglasses and love them. Thanks to all the staff there and Alex!!!
I have used Eyemart Express three times now and always a very positive experience. Brandy was there again to help me, as she did last year, and she always does an amazing job! They have a great selection of frames and I can always find some I like quickly. I have progressive lenses and they have always worked well. I have always been pleased with the selection and service.
I love that it's affordable. I love that the doctor spent adequate time helping me get a new prescription. Clearly I needed it. The front desk lady is friendly, and fun to make conservation with. And I love that i can have glasses the same day. Thank you. I do wish for a wider plastic frame selection. But I was able to find what i needed.
Eyemart Express employees and optometrist are very customer friendly, as well as very competent. Brandy in Goshen, IN, helped me this time, and she comes with excellent experience and a positive attitude. She is an asset to Eyemart Express. We will continue to go there for our family vision needs.
