This was my first time in the store. I am very disappointed and do not recommend their services. I booked an appointment for my father who has Parkinson’s and dementia. We live in South Lake Tahoe and I drove down there for my appointment only to find out that they did not actually have an optometrist and they did not care to even call us. Winner! Went in to look at new frames for regular glasses and sunglasses! Found what I needed. Staff wonderful! Great discounts and my regular frames were ready in 30 minutes!
