This is my second pair of progressives from here..I had tried somewhere else for "name-brand" lenses thinking they would be better. They weren't as good!!! Back to Eyemart, perfect glasses, again!! Don't let "mart" in the name throw you off, they're the real deal.
I went in to get fitted for contacts and was told my total would be x amount, so I made the appointment for later that day. When I showed up for the appointment my total was now 3 times the original cost. The receptionist was rude and short with me when I asked why the price had changed in the 2 hours from when I made the appointment and when I actually came for the appointment. Great store, very competent staff and very comprehensive and accurate exam by Dr. Shah. Just got my first bifocals and, wow, I can SEE again! I certainly didn't experience "bait and switch" of any kind..The salesperson explained everything and I ordered and paid for exactly what I wanted, no more, no less...I've had many pairs of glasses before and these are at least as good as any I've had anywhere..Both my low-cost frames are great..I know this place is very competent because one of my lenses is +4.50 and the lens is clear... read more
Janesville location: awful store. The rate that they promise is not what you get, of course they change the story and they sale you different frames because "the 2x$39 frames are not strong enough for your glasses"...and of course, they do not give you guarantee even for 1 hr after you get your glasses, if you pay extra OH YES, you will have guarantee. And te glasses ready in 1 hr, is a LIE too. HORRIBLE experience at this "cheap and fast" store. .
