Sometimes a little understaffed and slow, but every time I've been there everyone is exceedingly friendly and helpful.

I ordered glasses here, and it took them a month to get them to me. First, the frames broke on transit. There is no replacement because the frame is discontinued, shocker. Picked new frames. Another week and a half later. Something happened to the lenses, and they had to order new ones. Another week goes by. I call them, and they said the drill bit they use for lenses broke.
