I have tried to call today 3 different times to schedule an appointment. I get they might be busy so you pick up the phone say “ hold Please” and go back to what your doing. Instead of doing that the first time it just rang. The next two times the literally picked up the phone and hung up on me. I will not ever go there again not only did they lose one customer they have lost my entire family. There are plenty of eye doctors out there that want my business.
I have never in my life dealt with such ignorance. I called to get my child’s RX and was first told it could only be faxed to me. Called back with fax # to be told I had to have a medical release form. Asked what that was and I was told NO answers. Then I called the store and asked if we can come pick it up. They said yes. Mind you this place is well over a hour away from us. I called today and asked if my child..... 17 which was her RX could come grab it herself. They said yes absolutely no issue.
