their employees shouldnt talk bad about customers to other customers. I wont be returning.
People have been nice to me there, but i had to get another set of lenses ordered and the turn around time has been 5 weeks so far...now for me thats not really a big deal because i can get by with just reading glasses, but wow, if i really needed those and they were the only pair of glasses i had, that would be inexcusable. So much for the express part of Eyemart Express.
Other stores are wanting $400 or more for the same styles. I am fine with waiting a little while if it will save me $250 or more. I have always been hay with my glasses from here.
Cannot say that I was overly impressed with my recent visit to this store. My wife and I had already picked out frames and still waited over twenty minutes for any sort of assistance. When we were helped the lady we were working with seemed rushed and somewhat unorganized. In spite of the fact that we had all of our insurance paperwork with us, she insisted on going through the verification process which burned up another fifteen minutes. I have heard many good things about the products that are sold here but keep hearing about the poor customer service. I too recently had a telephone encounter and then later a clerk at the store made me feel like I was an inconvenience. In these times of economic difficulties it's important that customers be treated well or we will take our business elsewhere. Wonderful deals on glasses though.
