I had gotten an eye exam at a different vision care center yesterday and the experience wasn't very good so I decided to look here for frames instead. They were amazing. Super friendly and they let my son color on some paper and play with a toy while I tried on some frames. My glasses were ready same day and they look amazing. Definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had picking out new glasses
Light hearted folks work there. Make you feel comfortable. Had a good time and a few laughs too.
Friendly, fast, efficient and the vision technician made sure I was happy with my purchase.
The girls helping pick the glasses were great!!! But when we went back to pick up. It was only 2 ladys and they was helping someone else. I asked if the manager could come from the back to give us our glasses. She came up looked at us and shook her head no and said she wasn't going to help us. We waited almost 30 mins just to pick up. Once they was giving us our glasses it took 2 mins. I said to the lady where is your manager I said I'm not upset with you ladies but your manager was no professional or helpful at all.
