The person I worked with was excellent, very patient and caring to make sure I was satisfied with my choices and when glasses came in the same person helped when I couldn’t adjust right away, she advised me to wear the old glasses for that day and put new ones in the next morning. That was what it took for my eyes to adjust…very satisfied!

Everything was done in a highly outstanding and friendly and competent manner. however timeliness is an issue. Unless one stands in line at store opening, normally will take a hour to get service. I ordered my new glasses first thing in morning but when I went back I waited in line for 90 minutes for the clerk to get me my new glasses and do a minor adjustment all of which took less than 5 minutes
