Horrible experience! They told me I needed my daughter’s prescription to purchase new frames — no problem. I drove all the way back to Phenix City to get it. When I returned around 4 (nowhere near closing at 5), they told me I couldn’t even purchase frames, only that they could take her measurements since they were about to close. It was only 4:10 — still plenty of time before closing. I understand if the glasses wouldn’t have been ready the same day, but the fact that I couldn’t purchase frames at all was ridiculous.
