I was disappointed that because I am a previous customer, I was not eligible to get the buy one get one deal.
These people acknowledged that they don’t have glasses small enough for my 3 year old autistic son. Despite that, I, in desperation bought two pairs of glasses for him. I asked to pay for the PD measurement so I could order a proper fitting pair online, since they didn’t have any. The PD measurement they acknowledged was extremely difficult for them to take…. and they told me I’ll have to figure it out because not even for a fee can I pay for the PD.
