These people acknowledged that they don’t have glasses small enough for my 3 year old autistic son. Despite that, I, in desperation bought two pairs of glasses for him. I asked to pay for the PD measurement so I could order a proper fitting pair online, since they didn’t have any. Kinyaaanii is the best. Very knowledgeable and insightful, never any aggressive up sales. Excellent place for frames and eye exam....I highly recommend.....
I left a review yesterday but it wasn’t specific to this store. Dee and Danielle specifically were incredible. Kinyaaanu was also great. It was a whole team effort to get my daughter into glasses and the hard work paid off. She wore them most of the weekend after pick up. Can’t thank these amazing people enough!
Everyone here is so nice and very helpful. Dr. Jemetz is especially helpful and explains everything thoroughly. I can tell he loves his job and that makes a big difference. Plus — you can get same day glasses—a great bonus!
