Quick, friendly, efficient, and helpful! I would recommend to anyone. My glasses were broken and needed to be replaced ASAP. I was able to walk in and get a replacement made that was done just a few hours after my original appointment, same day!!! More people need Eyemart Express in their life! The employees were very caring and helpful. As well as the optometrists doing an excellent job making sure I had the best possible outcome for a prescription!
The customer service at this location is beyond! I went in to grab some extra contacts because I was getting ready to leave for a trip and they gave me a trial pair in the meantime so I would be good for my trip while they ordered my contacts. I always feel taken care weather when I go in for an exam or to pick out glasses or to order contacts. I would highly highly recommend Eyemart Express in Liberty/Kansas city!!!
Very rude Unprofessional. The man in front was very RUDE HAD A ATTITUDE I ALMOST SNAPED ON HIM BUT I DIDN'T AND THE OLD LADY IN THE BACK WAS EVEN WORSE BUT I HAD MY GRANDSON WITH ME FOR HIS EYE APT. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BACK AT THIS LOCATION.
