My eye appt went well, choosing two pair of glasses went well, and Katie was great to deal with also. However, I really didn't appreciate having to sit there for close to two hours while Sapphire walked out of the lens cutting room, looking like a deer caught in headlights, 4-5 different times because she didn't know how to cut my lenses. She very easily could have asked me to come back the next day, which I had to do anyway, to have Alex take care of it. So, thank you Alex for having them ready when I got there.
Darron assisted me with my purchases after my very thorough exam. I ended up with my contacts and THREE new pair of glasses, because the prices were amazing and the selection was fabulous. Thank you for making me look and see better, Darron!
