Went there to get some glasses. Doctor did a great job! Sales reps were very helpful. Glasses were quick with a good selection. Very happy with my service there.
This place is AMAZING! I had the best service from Alisha! She was over the top kind, patient, and helpful! The only place I would get glasses in Kansas City is this place! Got my glasses in 1 hou! Thank you Eyemart Express and Alisha for an AMAZING experience!
Customer service was great and they waived a $10 charge for me as well. I was disappointed that their lens crafting machine was down and I had to wait 2 weeks for my glasses but was very pleased with my new glasses once they arrived
