since y’all wanted to delete my first review i’ll say it again. Kynteja front desk is overly rude and disrespectful and her attitude is nasty.stop deleting reviews and work on hiring better people.
We went for eye exams. When checking in we’re told we could leave and come back because they were behind. We asked for long. The girl behind the desk said she didn’t know. We asked if she could give us an estimate so we would know when to return. She rudely told us” I don’t know. I can make up a time for you if you want “ We left and did not go back. They never even called to see why we didn’t go back.
Staff was super respectful and helpful
Stephanie was absolutely amazing! Professional and personable. She made the whole process easy. Love my new glasses.
