This location needs some training. Our glasses showed. delivered (for warranty work) called the next day and tried to explain to Manager (Josh I think ) our glasses had arrived. He wouldn't hear it or help us. After several attempts of trying to explain we had tracking that validated our claim we gave up. We even asked to speak with somebody else and he advised he was the manager. We called back and talked to a different person(Janna I think) who was 100% better and took care of our issue.
